We believe in helping children tap into their personal interests and talents while having fun in a secure and positive environment.
We believe our rural community deserves high quality, accessible, affordable, flexible, and inclusive early learning and child care.
Our child-oriented and play-based program emphasizes “learning through play” to strengthen key building blocks of healthy development.
Planning is based on the children's interests and developmental needs is a team effort shared by the staff and children.

ELCC Flight Curriculum Framework
We follow the new advanced early learning and child care curriculum framework for Alberta called
Flight: Alberta's Early Learning and Child Care Framework www.flightframework.ca .
We use this framework, specially developed for Albertans by Albertans to boost young children’s early childhood development outcomes and help caregivers support families to give children the best possible start in life.
HUB Kids Out of School Care
HUB Kids OSC is an important part of Caroline Community HUB.
We make sure your kids get to school in the morning and to their after school programs
on-site in the HUB including Dance, Hockey, Karate, and Skating Lessons.
Our school age program focuses on friendship, fun, and building each child's links to 40 Positive Developmental Assets.
We follow holistic and developmentally appropriate curriculum models to support the developmental needs of all children. Creating emotional bonds and building meaningful relationships between children, families, and educators is how our team collaborates to co-create foundations for every child's healthy development.
